Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli

(Downy Mildew, Alternaria Leaf Spot) Protect seedlings and spray field when disease threatens. Remove residue by trimming and washing. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest.

Celery

(Late Blight) Apply at 3-5 days interval. Do not apply within 14 days of harvest

Eggplant

(Blight, Anthracnose) Spray when fruits begin to form. Do not spray within 7 days of harvest.

Banana

(Sigatoka, Black Leaf Streak) Emulsify in oil-water emulsion Triton X-45 or Triton X114 at 1.0-1.5% of volume of oil. Spray at 10- 12 days interval.

Potato

(Early and Late Blight) Begin application early. Uniform coverage of foliage necessary.

Corn

(sweet, popcorn)- (Helminthosporium Leaf Spot) Start application when disease first appears. Repeat at 4-7 days interval. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest.

Rice

(Blast, Sheath Blight, Cercospora Leaf Spot, Helminthosporium Leaf Spot) Spray at tillering or earlier if necessary.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Use Menthozeb 80 WP at the rate of 3-6 tablespoons per 16 liters of water. Spray should be directed uniformly to all parts of the plants. Spray at 7-10 days interval. Use shorter interval and higher dosage under severe disease conditions. Best result can be obtained by adding a spreader sticker to the spray mix such as nonionic spray adjuvant at the rate ½-1 tablespoon per 16 liters of water. Menthozeb 80 WP is compatible with commonly used insecticides, miticides, fungicides and growth regulators.

Cantaloupe, Melon, Watermelon

(Downy Mildew, Anthracnose, Scab) Begin spray when runners start to form or at first sign of disease. Do not apply within 5 days of harvest.

Grape

(Downy Mildew, Black Rot) Apply before and after blooms and continue through season. Do not apply within 60 days of harvest.

Mango

(Anthracnose and Scab) Start spray prior or at bloom with periodic sprays thereafter throughout bloom and up to fruit development. Papaya- (Fruit Rot) Start spray at flowering. Direct spray to crown blossom area.

Onion, Garlic, Leek and Shallot

(Purple Blotch, Downy Mildew, Botrytis Leaf Blight) Begin spray at 4-6 leaf stage or when disease threatens. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest.

Pepper, Chili

(Anthracnose) Apply as fruits begin to form. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest.

Tomato

(Early and Late Blight, Anthracnose & Septoria Leaf Spot) Begin application when seedlings emerge. Do not apply within 5 days of harvest.

Cucumber, Squash

(Downy Mildew Anthracnose, Scab) Begin spray when runners start to form or at first sign of disease. Do not apply within 5 days of harvest.

Beans, Peas, Mungo

(Anthracnose, Downy Mildew, Rust) Apply when disease first appears. Do not apply within 5 days of harvest.

Ornamentals

(Blackspot, Blight, Anthracnose)

Peanut

(Cercospora Leaf Spot) Spray when disease first appears. Do not apply within 14 days of harvest.

Soybean

(Leaf Rust) Begin spray during late bloom followed by two or more sprays.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Keep away from fire and sparks. Store in a cool dry, well-ventilated area. Do not allow to become wet or over-heated in storage Decomposition impaired activity, or fire may result. Keep container closed when not in use. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Do not re-use empty container. Dispose by burning or burying in a safe place in non-crop areas, away from water supplies. If burned, stay out of smoke.
